Phase 4 - Ad Hoc Steering Committee

In Phase 4, the Shared Agenda steering committee formed an ad hoc group consisting of strategically selected participants representing state-level and regional stakeholders to develop and promote an action plan for implementing the forum findings and recommendations from Phases 1 through 3.

These findings and recommendations were developed into the Shared Agenda Guiding Principles, Goals and Objectives.
